We have made significant progress on securing an external independent appeal process for those who have submitted pre-existing arrangement requests and were rejected. The union and the Bank will communicate details of this very shortly to those affected people.

We are aware of the reduced hub capacity challenges around the country. The Bank has committed to review hub capacity and is actively reviewing now. Mr Duffy, Independent Mediator has requested a progress report update on this.

Following a number of queries we can clarify that for those with a confirmed base location you do not need to book a desk on the HUB booking system. If there is still an issue with access to your base location please email your details to hybrid.working@aib.ie .

Pay Update

We have commenced meaningful pay negotiations with the employer. We have put forward our union claim based on your feedback, economic conditions and Bank performance. The Bank has responded and negotiations have started. From our survey and recent feedback, we are aware of the ask and the expectations of our members.
